- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup tofu
- 2 eggs
- salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder or paste
- 1/2 small onion, chopped fine
Place the rice in a bowl. Add flaked tofu, eggs, and chopped onion. Stir thoroughly, then add the seasoning. Form into balls and fry. Makes 10 balls.
