Fried Potato Logs

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vetsin
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon onions
  • 2 cups crumbs or cornmeal

Mix all ingredients and shape as big as fingers, and coat with flour. Roll in egg diluted with milk, and then roll in crumbs. Fry Serve hot with gluten cutlets or fried tokwa.
