Fried Squash Blossoms

  • 2 cups yellow squash blossoms
  • 2  eggs, beaten
  • Margarine or oil
  • Bread crumbs

Cut off ends of the blossoms. Wash very well and lay them flat. Dip in beaten eggs and then in crumbs and fry in margarine or oil.
