Green Beans n Mushrooms

  • 2 cups fresh green bean pods (string beans)
  • 1 tablespoon margarine or oil
  • 1 can mushrooms, ground
  • 1 tablespoon onions, minced
  • 1 teaspoon vetsin
  • salt to taste

Saute onions in oil or margarine. Add mushrooms, then the beans. Cover and let it simmer a few minutes. Add broth from mushrooms. Cook till beans are tender. Add salt and vetsin. Serve hot.
