Pork Tapa

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon saltpeter
- 1 tablespoon salt
- sugar to taste
Place pork in a deep dish with garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, saltpeter, sugar and salt. Let stand for several hours or for several days. Fry to a golden brown.
